You can upload STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, ZIP, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, sketches, drawings, or reference images.

Send the sketch or reference image and describe the item, size, use, quantity, and fit requirements as clearly as possible.

Replacement parts can be reviewed. Add photos, measurements, use details, and any available file so printability can be checked.

Refunds are reviewed fairly. Custom 3D-printed items may not be refundable after production starts unless there is an AVEONEX error or a remedy is required by applicable law.

AVEONEX can review requests for business websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores, portfolio websites, service websites, dashboards, web applications, and redesigns.

Yes. E-commerce requests can be reviewed. Payment gateways, product content, hosting, and third-party tools may require separate setup or approval.

3D Printing accepts common 3D files, ZIP folders, PDFs, and images. Website Design & Development accepts logos, documents, images, ZIP folders, references, and website content.

Delivery is reviewed after the request. Cost and timing depend on location, delivery company, speed, size, weight, quantity, and workload. Emirates Post is usually cheaper and Aramex is usually faster.

For 3D Printing delivery, AVEONEX needs phone number, street name or number, city, and landmark. Postcode is optional.

Website files may be delivered online through file-transfer apps or platform handover. Download links may expire after 24 hours, so customers should save files quickly after final payment and delivery.

Current allowed payment methods are Bank Transfer, Payment Link, and PayPal. Customers should not send payment until AVEONEX confirms the quote, amount, and payment instructions directly. Bank Transfer details are listed in the Payment Policy.
