AVEONEX PolicyTerms of Service+
By submitting a request, contacting AVEONEX, uploading files, or placing an order, the customer agrees to follow the service terms listed on this page.
- AVEONEX provides technology, 3D printing, and website-making services under one unified brand.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project.
- AVEONEX reviews each request before confirming price, timeline, feasibility, and requirements.
- A project begins only after AVEONEX confirms the request and the customer approves the agreed terms, price, and payment requirements.
- Customers must provide accurate contact details and project information.
- AVEONEX may decline requests that are unsafe, illegal, unclear, inappropriate, impossible to complete, or outside available capability.
- Customers are responsible for confirming that submitted files, logos, images, content, or designs are allowed to be used.
AVEONEX PolicyPricing / Quote Policy+
AVEONEX does not show fixed prices yet because every custom request needs review before a fair quote can be confirmed.
- Pricing depends on size, complexity, materials, development time, features, delivery requirements, and project scope.
- Customers should submit a request to receive a custom quote.
- A quote is not final until AVEONEX confirms it directly.
- Urgent work, design repair, special materials, extra revisions, delivery, third-party tools, or integrations may affect cost.
- For 3D Printing, PLA is the standard material. Any custom material request may cost extra depending on material type, availability, print settings, and project requirements.
- 3D Printing delivery cost is not fixed. It depends on location, delivery company, delivery speed, package weight, package size, quantity, and courier availability.
AVEONEX PolicyPayment Policy+
Payment requirements depend on the service type, project size, and complexity.
- AVEONEX may require full payment or partial advance payment before starting a project.
- Custom projects may require a deposit before work begins.
- The remaining balance may be required before delivery, handover, launch, or file transfer.
- Customers should not send payment until AVEONEX confirms the request, quote amount, accepted scope, payment method, and payment instructions directly.
- Submitting a form does not mean payment is due yet. Payment is due only after AVEONEX confirms it.
- Current allowed payment methods are Bank Transfer, Payment Link, and PayPal.
- Approved Bank Transfer payments can be made to First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), account holder AMNA SAEED RABEEA RAS ALZAABI, IBAN AE63 0355 6400 1109 1080 726.
- Customers should only use the bank transfer details after AVEONEX confirms the quote and tells the customer to pay by Bank Transfer.
- Customers should keep proof of payment and include the confirmed project name, customer name, or quote reference if AVEONEX provides one.
- The available payment method for a specific project will be confirmed directly after the quote is approved.
- 3D printing prices may depend on print size, material, weight, print time, CAD work, finishing, quantity, and delivery.
- Website prices may depend on pages, design complexity, features, forms, e-commerce, dashboards, integrations, maintenance, and launch support.
- Larger website projects may use milestone payments.
- AVEONEX does not collect payment through the AVEONEX website request forms.
- For customer website projects, AVEONEX can review Apple Pay, checkout, or online payment features when the chosen platform and payment provider support them.
- For Shopify, Odoo, or Wix projects, platform payment features may be available through those third-party platforms if supported and approved by the platform or payment provider.
- For Netlify-style file handover, final website files are sent only after required payment is completed.
AVEONEX PolicyRefund Policy+
AVEONEX aims to handle refunds fairly based on the type of service, project stage, and whether custom work has already started.
- If a 3D printing customer cancels before production starts, a refund may be possible.
- If printing or material preparation has already started, the refund may be reduced or unavailable depending on the completed work.
- Custom 3D-printed items may not be refundable simply because the customer changes their mind after production.
- If AVEONEX produces the wrong item due to an AVEONEX mistake, AVEONEX may review correction, reprint, replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.
- If a website customer cancels before planning, design, or development begins, a refund may be possible.
- Once website planning, design, development, or custom work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on completed work.
- If a customer cancels a website project after AVEONEX has completed part of the work, AVEONEX may charge for the completed portion. For example, if about 25% of the work is complete, about 25% of the agreed payment may be required; if about 50% is complete, about 50% may be required. The exact amount depends on the confirmed scope and work completed.
- Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed project agreement, payment stage, work already completed, and applicable UAE consumer protection rules.
AVEONEX PolicyProject Cancellation Policy+
- Customers can request cancellation by contacting AVEONEX.
- Cancellation before work starts is usually simpler.
- Cancellation after design, printing, development, material preparation, or other work has started may lead to deductions.
- Website cancellation fees may be calculated based on work completed, including planning, page structure, design, development, testing, content setup, platform setup, tutorials, or handover preparation.
- Example cancellation fee logic: if about 25% of the project work is completed, about 25% of the agreed payment may be required; if about 50% is completed, about 50% may be required. The exact fee depends on the confirmed scope and real work completed.
- AVEONEX may cancel a project if the customer does not respond, provides unclear information, refuses required payment, requests unsafe or illegal work, or changes the project beyond the original agreement.
- If AVEONEX cancels before work starts, any eligible payment should be reviewed fairly.
- If AVEONEX cancels after partial work due to customer-side issues, completed work may be chargeable.
AVEONEX PolicyRevision Policy+
- Website projects include revisions only if agreed in the project quote.
- Extra changes outside the confirmed scope may require additional cost or timeline.
- Once the customer approves a design, file, quote, or project stage, changes after approval may affect price, timeline, or refund eligibility.
- For 3D printing, corrections caused by customer-supplied wrong measurements, unclear files, or incorrect specifications may require a new quote.
AVEONEX PolicyFile Upload Policy+
Customers may upload files to help AVEONEX understand and complete their request.
- Allowed examples include STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, ZIP, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, logo files, brand files, reference images, sketches, documents, and website briefs.
- Customers must only upload files they own or have permission to use.
- Customers must not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, unsafe, copyrighted, stolen, private, or restricted files.
- AVEONEX may refuse files that are unsuitable, unsafe, illegal, or outside service capability.
- Uploaded files are used only to review or complete the customer request.
- AVEONEX should not publicly share customer files without permission.
- For safety and quality, AVEONEX may request clearer files, corrected dimensions, better images, or additional details before accepting a project.
AVEONEX Policy3D Printing Service Policy+
- 3D printing results depend on material, design quality, size, geometry, layer height, printer limitations, and finishing requirements.
- PLA is the standard material offered for 3D Printing requests.
- Custom material may be possible, but it must be reviewed first and may add extra cost depending on material type, availability, print settings, and project requirements.
- Some designs may need modification before printing.
- AVEONEX may reject files that are not printable, unsafe, illegal, or not suitable for available equipment.
- Measurements must be provided clearly when fit matters.
- For replacement parts, customers should provide accurate dimensions, photos, and context.
- Color and surface finish may vary slightly depending on material and printer settings.
- 3D-printed parts may show layer lines because of the manufacturing process.
- Functional parts should be tested by the customer for their intended use.
- If a mistake, breakage, failed print, or production problem happens during printing, AVEONEX will inform the customer and explain the situation before continuing where needed.
- If AVEONEX notices a print broke, failed, warped, or had a production issue before handover, the customer will be informed instead of hiding the problem.
- If a print fails because of an AVEONEX production issue before delivery, AVEONEX may reprint, adjust, or discuss the next fair step depending on the confirmed project details.
- If a print fails or does not fit because the customer supplied wrong measurements, wrong files, unclear instructions, or incorrect requirements, extra correction, design, or reprint cost may apply.
- AVEONEX does not accept requests for weapons, weapon accessories, dangerous objects, illegal items, or unsafe restricted parts.
AVEONEX PolicyWebsite Design & Development Service Policy+
- Website scope must be agreed before work starts.
- Pages, features, forms, integrations, design direction, and content needs should be clearly listed.
- Changes outside the agreed scope may require additional cost or timeline.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images, logos, products, prices, and legal information.
- Website delivery may depend on customer response time and content availability.
- Hosting, domain names, third-party tools, payment gateways, shipping tools, or subscriptions may have separate costs.
- AVEONEX is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.
- Customers must confirm they have permission to use all images, logos, fonts, videos, and content supplied.
- Payment gateways may require adult or business verification and third-party approval.
- Website projects can be handled in two main ways: hosted-platform transfer such as Shopify, Odoo, or Wix; or file handover for platforms such as Netlify.
- For Shopify, Odoo, or Wix projects, the site or store may be moved to the customer name only after required payment is completed.
- For Netlify-style projects, AVEONEX may send the finished website files after required payment. The customer needs a computer to save the files and upload or deploy them to Netlify.
- A video tutorial may be included for Netlify-style file handover when agreed.
- Apple Pay, card checkout, or other online payment methods can be reviewed for customer website projects, especially on supported hosted platforms. Payment features depend on project scope, platform capability, provider approval, account verification, region, and the confirmed agreement.
AVEONEX PolicyWebsite Digital Delivery Policy+
Website projects are delivered online through platform transfer, deployed links, access instructions, or downloadable files depending on the confirmed agreement.
- Website files may be delivered through large-file apps or cloud links when the project files are too large for email.
- Download links may expire after 24 hours. Customers must download and save the delivered files before the link expires.
- If a customer misses a 24-hour delivery link, the link or file handover may be treated as expired or cancelled until AVEONEX reviews the situation.
- If the customer does not download, save, or back up the delivered files before the expiry deadline, the files may be treated as expired, cancelled, or unavailable.
- AVEONEX has no liability for files lost because the customer did not download, save, or back up the files before an expiry deadline, except where required by applicable law.
- Customers should confirm that downloaded files open correctly as soon as possible after receiving them.
- After handover, customers are responsible for storing their own website files, account access, platform credentials, and backups.
- For Netlify-style file handover, customers may need a computer to save, unzip, edit, upload, or deploy website files. Phone-only upload may not be enough.
- For hosted platforms such as Shopify, Odoo, or Wix, ownership transfer, payment setup, subscriptions, and account verification are controlled by the platform and may require customer action.
AVEONEX PolicyDelivery / Handover Policy+
- Delivery or pickup options for 3D printing should be confirmed before order completion.
- For 3D Printing delivery, customers must provide a phone number, street name or street number, city, and landmark. Postcode is optional.
- Delivery cost may depend on location, package size, package weight, quantity, courier option, delivery speed, and urgency.
- Available delivery company options may include Emirates Post and Aramex, depending on availability and project details.
- Emirates Post is usually the cheaper delivery option and may take around 4-5 days.
- Aramex is usually the faster and more expensive delivery option and may take around 2-3 days.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Final delivery timing depends on courier availability, location, workload, package weight, package size, and confirmed dispatch time.
- Delivery time is not guaranteed until AVEONEX confirms the delivery option, courier, dispatch timing, package details, and customer address.
- Small same-size orders, for example two small pieces, may sometimes be shipped the same day or the next day, depending on print workload and courier availability. This is not guaranteed.
- AVEONEX is not responsible for courier delays outside its control.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
- Damaged delivery claims should be reported with photos as soon as possible.
- Website handover may include project files, a deployed site link, access instructions, or admin details depending on the agreement.
- Website handover may happen through online apps that support large files. Customers should download and save files quickly because links may expire after 24 hours.
- Handover happens after required payment is completed.
- Future changes after handover may be treated as maintenance or a new request.
